• Initial 4G cellular registration can take up to 10 minutes while the device negotiates with nearby cellular towers on first power-up.
• Every unit is built to order — please allow an extra 24–48 hours for processing before shipment.
• If the installation area uses LED lighting, you may notice rolling black bars in the livestream or recordings. This is caused by LED bulbs flickering at high frequencies that the camera shutter picks up.
